Our Process

    1. Enquire

    Get in touch with us via the ‘Contact Us’ page via the website. Send us all the details for your special day. If you would prefer to discuss this via telephone or make an appointment to come into the studio please give us a call on 02890611488.

    If we are available for your big day we will send you through a wedding brochure to have a look at all the different collections we offer. If we aren’t available for your date we will also be in touch to let you know.

    If you have any questions during this stage we are available via email, all social media platforms & telephone - We would be more than happy to answer these for you.

    2. Booking

    If you decide that you are happy and would like to book us for a collection we will send you a booking form, a contract, and an invoice to pay the £300 booking which secure’s your date.

    3. Final Arrangements

    We will organise a date 5 weeks before your wedding for final arrangements - this can be done in the studio or if it’s easier via Zoom. Final arrangements is an informal friendly chat just to discuss all the details of your wedding - timings throughout the day, any family dynamics we should be aware of for family photographs, discussing what style of photographs you would like, any surprises you have planned so we can be ready to capture this etc.

    At the final arrangements the final balance of the wedding is due.

    4. Shooting Your Big Day

    The day has finally arrived - ahhh. We will arrive to your location(s) on time to start capturing the special day. No matter how how many weddings I have captured, it is always an honour to be asked to be someone’s wedding photographer and I will always be grateful. We look forward to capturing your special day and joining in the celebrations with you.
